My name is Allen Lostetter. I am proud to be a part of the Legacy Team at Liberty Home Mortgage. I have been a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with The Legacy Team since March of this year. I am reliable, responsive and knowledgeable. My team is different than most. We work with all types of clients from the perfect credit score to the not so perfect credit score, first-time home buyers, conventional, FHA, VA loans, and USDA to name a few. We even have realtors that we work closely with to help make the process even easier! We even have a bilingual Spanish realtor. The team and I will be with you from the beginning of the process through the closing of your property, but we don’t stop there or forget about you! I had taken the schooling and test previously in 2020 but ended up pursuing another adventure in woodworking with my father. I’ve had Lostetter Designs for 5 years now and have also opened a store in Portage Lakes where I help other artisans get their small businesses noticed. With my woodworking business I make wood engraved personalized flags for the military.
