Closing Manager

Lisa Seminatore has been in the mortgage industry for just over 2 years and has moved up the ladder very quickly. She started out in obtaining collateral documents and is now the Closing and Post-Closing Manager. Lisa has been in the real estate business for over 5 years total. Prior to mortgage, she was a repair analyst for a company that dealt with the repairs on foreclosed homes.

“I do believe that education is the key to success. One can never obtain enough knowledge.” Lisa prides herself on the fact that she will never let a question go unanswered, if she is unable to answer it, she will find the answer and express it.

In her spare time, Lisa is continuing her education at the local community college and also enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew.
