Ian Shirey

Operations Manager

Ian Shirey has experience in nearly every facet of the mortgage process. His career started as an Originator in 2002. It was not very long before he was promoted to Team Leader and eventually Sales Manager. His career then took him to Operations where he started as a Processing Manager. This is where he found his passion. He developed a small team of processors to one of the largest Wholesale operations in Cleveland. Ian prides himself in continually challenging the status Quo. It is his goal to refine processes to make the home buying experience more pleasurable for the buyer along with effiecently putting quality loans together.

Ian attended Youngstown State University and earned a bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Marketing. While attending he was an all-american center while playing under Jim Tressel. He started 68 games for them along with leading them to the National Championship stage twice. lt was this experience that developed his leadership abilities.

Ian resides in Medina OH with his wife Amy and his two children Mya and Ian.
